科技助力背景下视频助理裁判(VAR)技术对足球比赛判罚决策有效性和局限性的分析

An Analysis of the Effectiveness and Limitations of VAR Technology in Football Match Referee

运用文献资料法、视频分析法、数据统计法,对视频助理裁判(VAR)技术在2018年俄罗斯国际足联世界杯和2020年亚足联U23亚洲杯中的应用情况进行视频观察分析。结果发现:VAR技术的应用有效提高了裁判员比赛决策的准确率,但其对于“四类”可介入事件中的主观性判罚决策仍存在局限。建议:正确认识、理解VAR技术的补充应用作用,场上比赛官员应该尽量消除对VAR技术的心理依赖,以此充分发挥该技术的补充作用,并将其应用效果拓展至最大。

The application of Video Assistant Referee(VAR)technology in the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia and 2020 AFC U23 Asian Cup was observed and analyzed by using the literature method, video analysis method and data statistics method. The study found that the application of VAR technology effectively improved the accuracy of referees’ match decisions, but it still had limitations for the subjective judgment decisions in the “four types” of intervenable matches. It is suggested that we should correctly understand the supplementary role of VAR technology, and on-field officials should try to eliminate the psychological dependence on VAR technology, so as to give full play to the supplementary role of the technology and expand its application effect to the greatest extent.
