摘要 目的:研究运动对睡眠障碍的干预效果,期望通过多元化的运动形式和个性化的运动处方提高个体的睡眠质量。方法:在中国知网、万方、维普等中文数据库全面获取运动与睡眠相关的研究成果,运用Review Manager 5.3软件对运动干预睡眠障碍的数据进行统计分析。结果:本文纳入14篇高度符合研究主题的文献,研究样本规模达1072人,纳入文献质量均在中上等水平。进一步亚组分析发现:运动对不同群体睡眠质量的影响效果存在显著的异质性(I^(2)=95%,P<0.00001);不同运动项目对睡眠质量的改善存在异质性显著(I^(2)=95%,P<0.00001)。结论:形式丰富、中等强度的体育运动能有效改善老年人和大学生的睡眠质量。 The objective of this paper is to study the intervention effect of exercise on sleep disorders, in order to improve individual sleep quality through diversified exercise forms and personalized exercise prescription. Methods: The literatures related to exercise intervention in sleep disorders were accurately retrieved from CNKI, Wanfang database and VIP database, and the data of exercise intervention in sleep disorders were statistically analyzed by Review Manager 5.3 software. Results: After strict screening, 14 papers were finally included, and the total sample size of the study was 1072 people. The quality of the included papers was scientifically assessed by the Cochrane assessment tool, and the quality of the research papers were all at the middle and upper level. The results of subgroup analysis showed that there was significant heterogeneity in the effect of exercise on sleep quality in different groups(I^(2)=95%, P<0.00001);there was significant heterogeneity in the improvement of sleep quality by different exercise programs(I^(2)=95 %, P<0.00001). Conclusion: Physical exercise of moderate intensity with rich forms can effectively improve the sleep quality of the elderly and college students.
