摘要
目的:探讨健身APPs对大学生身体活动行为及健康效果的影响作用。方法:采用实验干预方法对169名大学生分两组进行12周的健身APPs应用干预实验,干预结束后对运动行为、体能和心理等指标进行测量。结果:12周干预后,健身APPs组身体活动量和耐力素质明显高于对照组,且胜任感和归属感也高于对照组。结论:健身APPs应用不仅可以有效改善大学生的身体活动行为,而且对提高大学生耐力水平具有一定的作用,实验组的行为与其胜任感和归属感的心理需求得到一定程度满足的动机有一定相关。
The Objective of this research is to explore the influence of fitness APPs for improving college students’ physical activity behavior and health effects. Methods: Experimental intervention was conducted on sample of 169 from university students for 12 weeks. Indicators including exercise behavior, fitness and psychology were tested after intervention. Results: Fitness APPs group had higher level of physical activity and endurance than control group. In addition, there were more scores of autonomy and relatedness in APPs group. Conclusion: APPs can not only effectively improve the physical activity behavior, but also play a certain role in improving the endurance level of university students, which may be related to the satisfaction of the psychological needs for autonomy and relatedness.
