TPSR教学模式推动高校排球公体课程思政教育研究——基于“女排精神”融入课堂的思考

Research on TPSR Teaching Mode Promoting the Ideological and Political Education in Public Volleyball Courses in Colleges and Universities——Based on the Integration of “Chinese Women’s Volleyball Spirit” into the Volleyball Teaching

目的:引入个人与社会责任(TPSR)教学模式,同时结合“女排精神”作为高校排球公体课内容,以此融合发展高校体育教育与思政教育。通过文献资料法、专家访谈法分析TPSR教学模式的概念与结构,结合“女排精神”内涵,探讨“女排精神”通过TPSR教学模式融入我国高校排球公体课、推动思政教育的途径与方法并构造相关模型。结果:(1)我国高校排球公体课思政教育的重要性深入人心,但思政教育的融入不尽如人意。(2)融合发展的途径与方法主要是:以TPSR模式挖掘思政因素,以角色代入开展思政过程,以评价量表保证思政成果。结论:(1)体育课程的思政建设是一个循序渐进的过程,需要多方的不断努力。(2)高校排球课程中运用TPSR教学模式进行思政教育,打开了课程思政的新视野。(3)利用“女排精神”在我国排球课程中开展思政建设具有天然优势。建议:(1)改变注重专业素养、轻视人格修养的现象。(2)提高教师思政意识,丰富“女排精神”故事库。(3)构建学生责任评价量表,保障思政教育成果。

Through the introduction of the TPSR teaching model, the development of physical education and ideological and political education in colleges and universities can be integrated, and the “women’s volleyball spirit” is taken as the main content to explore the ideological and political elements of the public volleyball courses in colleges and universities. Through the methods of literature review and expert interviews, this paper analyzes the concept and structure of the TPSR teaching model, and discusses the integration of “women’s volleyball spirit” into college volleyball public sports classes through the TPSR teaching model. It is found that the current status of ideological and political education in volleyball public sports courses in colleges and universities in China has the following features:(a)The importance of ideological and political education is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people;The integration of ideological and political education is not satisfactory.(b)The ways and methods of integration include: Mining ideological and political factors with TPSR model;Carrying out ideological and political process with role substitution;Guaranteeing ideological and political results with evaluation scale. Conclusions:(a)The ideological and political construction of physical education curriculum is a gradual process, which requires continuous efforts from many parties.(b)The use of TPSR teaching mode in college volleyball courses for ideological and political education has opened up a new horizon of course ideological and political education.(c)It is necessary to make full use of the natural advantages of “women’s volleyball spirit” in the ideological and political construction of volleyball courses in China. Countermeasures and suggestions:(a)Change the phenomenon of focusing on professional quality and despising personality training.(b)Improve teachers’ ideological and political awareness and enrich the “Women’s Volleyball Spirit” storyline.(c)Build a student responsibility evaluation scale to ensure the results of ideological and political education.
