功能性身体纠正训练对高校足球运动员身体功能与素质影响研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:研究高校足球运动员功能性训练与身体功能和身体素质的相关性。方法:通过FMS功能性动作筛查对高校足球运动员进行检测与分析,同时对其进行为期9周的功能性训练,训练结束后再次进行FMS功能性动作筛查,使用数据统计法对所得数据进行对比,分析试验前后身体功能以及身体素质变化。结果:通过9周的功能性训练,功能性动作中深蹲、跨栏步、直线弓箭步、主动直腿上抬以及躯干稳定俯卧撑的提升较大,表现为P<0.05,实验前后具有明显的差异性,肩部灵活性与旋转稳定实验前后没有明显的差异(P>0.05);身体素质测试中立定跳远与5×25米折返跑试验前后具有明显的差异性(P<0.05),然而30米直线跑试验前后没有显著性的差异(P>0.05)。结论:功能性训练对高校足球运动员身体功能的提升具有显著的效果。建议:进一步设计功能性训练方案,以便更好的满足高校足球运动员的需求;功能性训练对高校足球运动员身体素质的提升相对比较局限,后续需增加身体素质的测试指标,检验功能性训练对高校足球运动员身体素质的影响。 The objective of this paper is to study the correlation between functional training and physical function and physical quality of college football players. Methods: College football players were tested and analyzed through FMS functional action screening, and they were given functional training for 9 weeks. After the training, FMS functional action screening was carried out again. The obtained data were compared with statistical method, and the changes of physical function and physical quality before and after the test were analyzed. Results: After 9 weeks of functional training, the squats, hurdles, straight lunges, active straight leg lifting and trunk stable pushups among the functional actions were significantly improved, which showed that there was significant difference before and after the experiment, and there was no significant difference between shoulder flexibility and rotation stability before and after the experiment(P>0.05);There was significant difference in the standing long jump and 5×25 meter running before and after the experiment(P<0.05), but there was no significant difference in the 30 meter straight-line test before and after the experiment(P>0.05). Conclusion: Functional training has a significant effect on the improvement of physical function of college football players. Functional training programs can be further designed to better meet the needs of college football players;Functional training is relatively limited in improving the physical quality of college football players. In the future, it is necessary to increase the test indicators of physical quality to test the impact of functional training on the physical quality of college football players.
