基于AGIL模型下我国冰雪产业可持续发展的路径探索

Exploration of the Sustainable Development of the Ice and Snow Industry in China based on the AGIL Model

作为我国体育产业的重要分支,冰雪产业对加快我国体育强国建设具有重要意义。本文采用帕森斯AGIL理论模型,对我国冰雪产业在环境适应、目标定位、资源整合和模式维持“四位一体”进行分析,结果发现:目前存在政策亟待落实、目标尚未达标、资源整合不足、文化建设虚化是影响我国冰雪产业可持续发展的现实困境。为了满足冰雪产业的四大功能需求,建议:冰雪产业要加强顶层设计实现适应功能;以正确目标为导向实现达标功能;多方主体协同助力实现整合功能;以冰雪文化铸魂实现维模功能的路径来实现我国冰雪产业的持续发展。

As an important branch of Chinese sports industry, the ice and snow industry is of great significance in speeding up the establishment of China as a sports power. This paper adopts the Parsons AGIL theory model to analyze the ice and snow industry in terms of environmental adaptation, objective positioning, resources integration and mode maintenance. In order to meet the four major functional requirements of the system, the snow and ice industry needs to strengthen the top-level design to realize the adaptation function;achieve the target function guided by the correct goal;carry out multi-body coordination to help achieve integration function;and enrich ice and snow culture, so as to realize the sustainable development of the ice and snow industry in China.
