双层滚子圆柱分度凸轮在平压模切机中的应用分析

摘要 平压模切机因价格低、技术含量低、设备适应性强,在印刷包装企业应用广泛。其中间歇式输纸机构多以平行分度凸轮来完成,这种机构在高速工作时,模切精度大幅度下降,并伴有大量噪声,机器磨损非常严重。针对此问题,提出了一种双层滚子圆柱分度凸轮机构对原有分度机构进行替代,通过冗余结构消除横越冲击,并通过实验验证了该机构能高速工作时的运动平稳性。 Die-cutting machine is widely used in printing and packaging enterprises due to its low price,low technical content and strong adaptability of equipment.The intermittent paper feeding mechanism mostly adopts parallel indexing cam mechanism.Die cutting accuracy greatly decreased when this mechanism operates at high speed,accompanied by a lot of noise,machine wear is very serious.In order to solve this problem,a double-layer rollers cylindrical indexing cam mechanism was proposed to replace the original indexing mechanism,and the transverse impact was eliminated by redundant structure,and the stability of the mechanism at high speed was verified by experiments.
