摘要
CSP-LED是一种芯片级封装的LED,已被广泛应用于家居照明、办公环境以及商业空间等领域。高速CSP-LED生产线采用Web在线管理系统,能够较好地提升生产效率、产品合格率,同时能够降低材料成本和人工成本。设计出一种面向CSP-LED生产线的Web管理系统,用于对生产设备和生产过程进行实时管理和数据可视化,从而能够便捷、高效、可追溯地控制CSP-LED生产过程,为产品生产和质量管控提供智能化保障。
CSP-LED is a chip-scale package of LEDs,and it has been widely applied in home lighting,office environments and commercial space.Due to the use of web online management platform,a high-speed CSP-LED production line can better improve its production efficiency and product qualification rate,while greatly reducing material costs and labor costs.To improve of the efficiency of CSP-LED production line,develops a web management platform for real-time management and data visualization of production equipment and production process,and the CSP-LED production process can be controlled conveniently,efficiently and traceably,and further provide an intelligent management platform for product production and quality control.
