摘要
以丹弗斯F302变频器和西门子CPU315-2(PN/DP)为例,阐述了在卷烟企业的生产车间升级改造,由原来的西门子CPU315-2(以下简称S7-300)端子控制丹福斯FC302变频器(以下简称FC302变频器)的正转启动和多段速运行,升级改造为PROFINET通信控制,既减少了硬件接线,又提高了生产的效率和优化了产品生产控制的流程,也降低了成本。
In this paper,danvers F302 frequency converter and Siemens CPU315-2(PN/DP)as an example,describes the upgrading and transformation in the production workshop of cigarette enterprises.The original Siemens CPU315-2(hereinafter referred to as S7-300)terminal controls the forward start and multi-speed operation of Danforth FC302 converter(hereinafter referred to as FC302 converter),which is upgraded to PROFINET communication control.Since the hardware wiring is reduced,the production efficiency is improved and the process of product production control is optimized.It also reduces costs.
