PEC结构体系在装配式建筑工程中的应用分析

摘要 以湖州市第二中学的食堂重建工程为例,对部分包覆钢-混凝土组合框架结构体系在装配式建筑工程中的应用进行探讨,重点对材料选择、主体结构设计、连接节点设计进行了详细分析,并对该项目进行了评价。结果表明:本工程的总体装配率为76.3%,同时满足了《湖州市绿色建筑和绿色建材政府采购基本要求(试行)》与《装配式建筑评价标准》中的相关技术要求,项目评价结果为AA级装配式建筑;BIM技术的应用显著提升了项目的建设质量和综合管理水平。 Taking the canteen reconstruction project of Huzhou No.2 middle school as an example,this paper discusses the application of the partially clad steel-concrete composite frame structure system in the prefabricated building project,focusing on the detailed analysis of material selection,main structure design and connection node design,and evaluates the project.The results show that the overall assembly rate of the project is 76.3%,and it also meets the relevant technical requirements in the basic requirements for government procurement of green buildings and green building materials in Huzhou City(for Trial Implementation)and the evaluation standard for prefabricated buildings.The evaluation result of the project is AA level prefabricated buildings;The application of BIM Technology has significantly improved the construction quality and comprehensive management level of the project.
