光纤预制棒偏心量检测控制系统设计

摘要 偏心量是影响光纤预制棒品质的重要参数之一,在生产过程中需要对其数值进行人工检测。为了解决目前光纤预制棒偏心量人工检测速度慢、效率低的问题,本研究设计了一种光纤预制棒偏心量自动检测系统。该系统集成视觉检测和运动控制,以倍福CX6015PLC为主控制器,根据测量原理和实际测量要求,完成了系统的软硬件设计和人机交互界面设计。实验结果表面,此系统运行稳定、检测速度快,检测精度高,弥补了人工检测的不足,满足了企业的生产需求。 Eccentricity is one of the important parameters affecting the quality of optical fiber preform,and its value needs to be manually detected in the production process.In order to solve the problem of low speed and low efficiency of manual detection of the eccentricity of optical fiber preform,an automatic detection system of the eccentricity of optical fiber preform is designed in this paper.The system integrates visual detection and motion control,and uses Beckoff CX6015 PLC as the main controller.According to the measurement principle and actual measurement requirements,the software and hardware design and human-computer interaction interface design of the system are completed.The experimental results show that the system has stable operation,fast detection speed and high detection accuracy,which makes up for the shortage of manual detection and meets the production needs of enterprises.
