高坝洲电厂机组水导瓦楔子板磨损及老化问题处理

摘要 高坝洲电厂水轮发电机投运至今已逾20年时间,水导瓦楔子板已出现磨损及老化现象,严重威胁到机组的安全稳定运行。经过比较分析,提出重新加工楔子板进行更换的处理措施。并通过新旧楔子板对比确定楔子板可调节量,再将新楔子板预装、测肩高,最后计算得出新楔子板的加工量,给厂家提出加工方案。更换新楔子板后,机组运行情况得到了良好改善,水导油温和瓦温均正常。 It has been more than 20 years since the hydro-turbine generator units in Gaobazhou Hydropower Plant were put into operation.Wear and ageing problem of the wedge plates for water guide bearing pad is found,which seriously threatens the safe and stable operation of the units.After the analysis and comparison of two treatment measurements,a replacement scheme is adopted,in which the worn plates are replaced with newly processed parts.The adjustable amount of the wedge plate is determined by comparing the old and new plates firstly.Then,the new plates are pre-assembled and the shoulder height is measured.The processing amount of the new wedge plate is thus calculated and a processing scheme is provided to the manufacturer.After the replacement of the wedge plates,the operation of the unit is well improved,and the temperatures of the water guide bearing oil and the bearing pad are normal.
