Moving displays of wartime life and struggle adorn the walls of a complex in Xi'an ci1y telling tales of spies,insurrection battles and comradery under the banner of communism.The now tranquil complex ofthe 8th Route Army Memorial Hall sets a somber mood which contrasts heavily against the exhibits that allow guests to relive the once turbulent times for Xi'an during the Chinese Civil War.
