Acoustic Immittance in Children with Allergic Rhinitis(Dust Mite)

目的观察分析变应性鼻炎(allergic rhinitis,AR)儿童的声导抗(acoustic immittance,AI),探讨AR对中耳功能的影响。方法选取150例3~6岁AR儿童,根据症状量化评分结果分为轻度、中度和重度,为其进行AI测试并分析结果。结果重度AR患儿出现A和As型鼓室图几率低,明显低于一半,反之出现B和C型几率高;平均声顺(peak compensated static acoustic admittance,Ytm)、峰压和声反射通过率低,与轻、中度患儿存在显著差异。结论不同严重程度AR对儿童中耳的影响不同,AR程度越重,对中耳影响几率越大,尤其是重度患儿,建议行AI筛查,以发现早期、隐匿性的中耳疾病。

Objective To report acoustic immittance(AI)results in children with allergic rhinitis(AR),and its effects on middle ear function.Methods AI test was conducted and analyzed in 150 children(aged 3-8 years)with mild,moderate or severe AR,categorized based on scoring of their symptoms,.Results In children with severe AR,the probability of type A and As tympanograms was significantly lower(<50%)than that of type B and C tympanograms,with lower average Ytm,peak pressure and lower rate of acoustic reflex pass than in those with mild or moderate AR.Conclusion The severity of AR has an effect on middle ear function impairment,with more severe AR leading to worse middle ear function,especially in children with severe AR.AI screening can detect early and latent middle ear diseases.
