国内耳鸣文献回顾与思考

A Review and Reflection on Domestic Literatures on Tinnitus

目的探讨国内近十四年来发表的耳鸣研究文献研究的现状、热点、存在的问题及其对策或及其解决方法思考。方法计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普数据库(VIP)、万方数据库(WF)、中国生物医学文献数据篇(SinoMed)等中文期刊数据库2007年1月1日~2020年12月31日发表的所有关于耳鸣的研究文献,各库交叉检索,通过纳入及排除标准,利用文献计量学方法对相关资料进行提取分析。结果(1)检索到4116篇符合要求的文献,发文量总体呈逐年上升趋势;(2)从文献类型上看,发表文献数量排名前3的分别是临床研究类文献1924篇(46.7%),基础实验研究类文献560篇(13.6%),综述类文献342篇(8.3%);(3)从发表杂志上看,主要是耳鼻咽喉科学类和中医学类相关杂志,发表在核心期刊的论文数量为832篇(20.21%);(4)从基金支持程度上看,仅2.58%的发表文献获得国家级项目基金支持。结论近十多年来,我国发表的耳鸣研究文献以临床与基础研究为主,发表的文献质量参差不齐,耳鸣研究科研投入和中西医整合不足。建议在耳鸣的发病机制、治疗理念、治疗方案和中西医联合治疗等研究中,整合中西医特长,加大基金支持,建立科学系统的具有中国特色的耳鸣研究和治疗体系。

Objective To discuss the current situation,hotspots,existing problems and countermeasures in literatures regarding tinnitus research published in the past 14 years in China.Methods The CNKI,VIP,WF,SinoMed and other databases of Chinese periodicals were search for reports on tinnitus published from January 1,2007 to December31,2020.Relevant data were extracted by bibliometrics according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria and analyzed.Results A total of 4116 articles met the criteria and were retrieved,with an overall trend of increase year by year.The top three types of publications as ranked by the number were clinical reports(n=1,924),basic science research(n=560)and reviews(n=342),accounting for 46.7%,13.6%and 8.3%of the retrieved reports,respectively.By the journal category,articles were mainly published in Otorhinolaryngology and TCM related journals,including 832(20.21%)in core journals.Regarding funding support,only 2.58%of these studies received support from national-level sources.Conclusion In the past ten years,the literatures on tinnitus research published in China involve mainly clinical studies and basic research,with uneven qualities and indicating insufficient investment in tinnitus research and integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Integrating expertise of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,increasing funding support and establishing scientific and systematic study standards for tinnitus research and treatment,with unique Chinese characteristics,are highly desirable in order to improve research on the pathogenesis and treatment concepts and regimens for tinnitus while combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
