城市危化品运输案例分析及防控对策

Accidents Analysis of Hazardous Chemicals Transportation in City and its Countermeasures

随着城市工业化的发展,危险化学品(简称危化品)被广泛应用于城市建设和运营的各个部门,并发挥着不可或缺的作用。然而,由于危险化学品的毒性、危害性、易燃性和易爆炸性等固有特性,一旦在运输过程中发生安全事故,很容易成为造成大规模伤亡的严重安全事故。本文以我国近五年来发生的城市危化品运输事故为切入点,剖析运输安全问题及其发生的原因,构建了危化品运输事故致灾理论模型,从监测预警和应急消防两方面出发,提出可有效防止危化品运输过程发生安全事故的措施和建议,以期为城市安全与人民幸福提供安全保障。

With the development of industrialization,hazardous chemicals are widely used in various fields of urban construction and operation,played an indispensable role.However,due to the inherent characteristics of the dangerous chemicals such as toxic,harmful,inflammable and explosive,once safety accidents occur in the process of transportation,it is easy to cause serious safety accidents with mass death and mass injury.With the transportation accidents of dangerous chemicals in China in recent five years as the starting point,this paper analyzes the transportation safety problems and their causes.A theoretical model of hazard caused by hazardous chemicals transportation accidents is builded.Measures and suggestions that can effectively prevent safety accidents in the transportation of dangerous chemicals from monitoring and early warning and emergency fire fighting are put forward to provide security for the urban safety and people s happiness.
