摘要
智能制造是实现中国制造2025的核心,而建立数字化工厂技术、数字化的智能生产模式,是实现智能制造的必经之路。以摩托车车轮为例,通过构建虚拟环境下的融合工艺规划、车间布局、生产过程和物流仿真的数字化工厂模型,提出一套实现自动生产摩托车车轮的智能生产线设计方案,并借助虚拟仿真系统对智能生产线的生产过程进行仿真操作验证。通过仿真验证,证明生产车轮的智能制造生产线的设计方案可行,这将对企业建立产品智能生产线具有一定的理论参考和实际借鉴意义。
Intelligent manufacturing is the core of realizing Made in China 2025,and establishing digital factory technology and digital intelligent production mode is the necessary way to realize intelligent manufacturing.Taking motorbike wheels as an example,by constructing a digital factory model integrating process planning,workshop layout,production process and logistics simulation in a virtual environment,a set of design solutions for an intelligent production line to realize automatic production of motorbike wheels is proposed,and the production process of the intelligent production line is verified by simulation operation with the help of a virtual simulation system.The design of the intelligent production line for the production of wheels is proved to be feasible through simulation verification,which will have some theoretical reference and practical significance for enterprises to establish intelligent production lines for their products.
