蒸汽管道工程若干设计问题探讨

摘要 结合实际工程经验,从参数的选取、设计工况及目标的明确和汽水换热与疏水设计等方面对蒸汽管道进行设计。分析认为,GC类蒸汽管道设计体系与GB2类截然不同,管道壁厚、管道跨距等计算公式均有较大差异,因此,蒸汽管道的分类划分非常关键。 Combined with actual engineering experience,the design of steam pipelines is carried out from the selection of parameters,the clarification of design conditions and objectives,and the design of steam-water heat exchange and hydrophobic design.The analysis concluded that the GC class steam piping design system is very different from the GB2 class,and the calculation formulas for pipe wall thickness and pipe span are very different,therefore,the classification of steam piping is very critical to divide.
