摘要
“工业机器人应用技术”赛项(中职组)的竞赛平台采用的是华航唯实生产的“CHL-DS-01”异形插件工作站,竞赛最主要任务是芯片分拣。芯片分拣首选要进行视觉检测,该工作站采用的欧姆龙视觉系统。通过欧姆龙系统的设置、宏程序编写、机器人通讯设置、机器人程序编写,将竞赛任务检测到的芯片,如何以对应的数字形式发送给机器人,简化了机器人分拣程序的编写。
The competition platform for the"Industrial Robotics Application"competition(secondary school group)is the"CHL-DS-01"shaped plug-in workstation manufactured by China Airlines Vise,and the main task of the competition is chip sorting.The main task of the competition was chip sorting.Visual inspection is the first choice for chip sorting and the workstation used an Omron vision system.Through the Omron system setup,macro programming,robot communication setup and robot programming,the chips detected by the competition task are sent to the robot in a digital form,such as how to send them to the robot in a corresponding digital form,simplifying the writing of the robot sorting program.
