摘要 由于我国现有小型分布式电源厂(站)的自动化设备及通讯网络不完善,受地域限制,无法与电网调度中心通信。因此,提出采用双向短报文通信技术,将其应用于分布式小型电源的关键信息采集与监测系统,解决了传统渠道的制约和瓶颈,实现分布式小型电源的关键信息采集与集中监测,为网损、线损分析提供了基础资料,为实现全网统一调度奠定了坚实的基础。 Due to the imperfect automation equipment and communication network of existing small distributed power plants and stations in China,they cannot communicate with the grid dispatching centre due to geographical restrictions.Therefore,it is proposed to adopt two-way short message communication technology and apply it to the key information collection and monitoring system of distributed small-scale power supplies,which solves the constraints and bottlenecks of traditional channels,realizes the key information collection and centralized monitoring of distributed small-scale power supplies,provides basic information for network loss and line loss analysis,and lays a solid foundation for realizing the unified dispatch of the whole network.
