基于碳纳米管的龙形水系水质监测传感器制造的基础研究

摘要 通过介绍应用于北京奥林匹克公园龙型水系碳纳米管水质监测传感器的设计、制作,然后对碳纳米管金属接触特性的提升进行了系统的设计、实验与分析。并将通过利用退火与选择性金属沉积技术实现提高碳纳米管-金属触点稳定性的方法进行论证。最终得出退火和选择性金属沉积处理技术可以使极间电阻的稳定性得到大幅提高的结论。该技术为我们进一步研发和制造用于监测龙形水系水质的碳纳米管传感器工作打下良好的基础。 By introducing the design and fabrication of carbon nanotube water quality monitoring sensors applied to the dragon type water system in Beijing Olympic Park,then a systematic design,experiment and analysis of the enhancement of the metal contact properties of carbon nanotubes are carried out.The enhancement of carbon nanotube-metal contact stability will also be demonstrated through the use of annealing and selective metal deposition techniques.It is ultimately concluded that the annealing and selective metal deposition treatment technique can lead to a significant improvement in the stability of the interpole resistance.This technique provides a good basis for further work on the development and fabrication of carbon nanotube sensors for monitoring water quality in the water system.
