摘要
为解决当前燃气锅炉供热系统无法根据实际热负荷对出水温度进行控制,导致热量浪费严重或供热效果不佳的问题。在对燃气锅炉供热系统供热过程分析的基础上,得出出水温度与供气量和鼓风量之间的函数关系;基于BP神经网络实现对燃气锅炉供热系统热负荷的精准预测,并对比了PID控制器和模糊PID控制器的控制效果。结果表明:采用模糊PID控制器后,节能率可达到26.5%。
In order to solve the problem that the current gas-fired boiler heating system cannot control the outlet water temperature according to the actual heat load,resulting in serious heat waste or poor heating effect.Based on the analysis of the heating process of the gas-fired boiler heating system,the functional relationship between the outlet water temperature and the air supply and blast volume is obtained;Based on BP neural network,the accurate prediction of heat load of gas-fired boiler heating system is realized,and the control effects of PID controller and fuzzy PID controller are compared.The results show that the energy saving rate can reach 26.5%by adopting fuzzy PID controller.
