摘要
绩效考核是现代企业人力资源管理的重要组成部分,不仅可以增强员工的工作能力,还能提高企业市场竞争力。对国有煤炭企业人力资源管理中绩效考核重要性进行分析,针对绩效考核管理现状及存在问题,分别从思路创新、机制改革和方法创新三个层面,提出了创新改革策略。
Performance appraisal is an important part of human resource management in modern enterprises,which can not only enhance the working ability of employees,but also improve the competitiveness of enterprises in the market.The importance of performance appraisal in human resource management of state-owned coal enterprises is analyzed,and innovative reform strategies are proposed from three levels,namely,innovation of ideas,reform of mechanisms and innovation of methods,in view of the current situation and problems of performance appraisal management.
