随着国际局势的不稳定,原油价格持续攀升,同时考虑到我国经济能力的飞速发展和政治要求,新能源产业将得到高速发展。作为汽车企业的领头羊--比亚迪公司,基于杜邦分析法,对比亚迪公司2018—2020年盈利能力进行了分析,研究出比亚迪针对自身竞争力不足,坚持自主研发,引进战略投资,加快资金周转,坚持以人为中心,不断提高自身盈利能力,给相关企业提供了借鉴和启发。

With the unstable international situation,crude oil prices continue to climb,while taking into account the rapid development of China's economic capacity and political requirements,the new energy industry will be developed at a high speed.As the leader of automobile enterprises-BYD Company,this paper analyzes BYD Company's profitability from 2018-2020 based on DuPont analysis,and researches BYD's lack of competitiveness against itself,insists on independent research and development,introduces strategic investment,accelerates capital turnover,insists on human-centeredness,and continuously improves its profitability The study shows that BYD has been able to improve its profitability by insisting on independent research and development,introducing strategic investment,accelerating capital turnover,and adhering to human-centredness.
