Analysis of the Status Quo of Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements under the New Round of Technological Revolution and Countermeasures--Taking Shaanxi Province as an Example

介绍了新一轮技术革命、科技成果转化的概念,通过对新一轮技术革命下科技成果转化的现状进行分析,从高校和企业两个角度归纳出影响陕西省新一轮技术革命下科技成果转化的主要因素,针对影响因素提出相关的对策,旨在提升陕西省科技成果转化水平,促进陕西省经济发展。

This paper focuses on the concepts of the new round of technological revolution and the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.By analyzing the current situation of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements under the new round of technological revolution,the main factors affecting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements under the new round of technological revolution in Shaanxi Province are summarized from the perspectives of universities and enterprises.And put forward relevant countermeasures against the influencing factors,aiming at improving the level of transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Shaanxi Province and promoting the economic development of Shaanxi Province.
