摘要
为了解决电厂采用传统控制系统管理效率低、精确性差的问题,提出了一种新的电厂智慧管理系统。对电厂智慧管理系统架构、控制模块智慧管理逻辑、预警模块智慧管理逻辑、燃料管理模块智能管理逻辑等进行分析,构建出灵活、可靠、高效、稳定的电厂智慧管理系统。实际应用表明,采用全新的智慧化管理系统后,电厂管理人员数量降低14.9%,有效降低了因粗放管理而导致的资源浪费、生产事故等。
In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and poor accuracy of management by traditional control system in power plants,a new intelligent management system for power plants is proposed.The power plant intelligent management system architecture,control module intelligent management logic,warning module intelligent management logic,fuel management module intelligent management logic,etc.are analyzed to build a flexible,reliable,efficient and stable power plant intelligent management system.According to the practical application,the control system can reduce the number of power plant management personnel by 7.2%and effectively reduce the waste of resources and production accidents caused by sloppy management.
