摘要
随着我国煤炭产业发展进入成熟期,产能达到顶峰,市场相对稳定,煤炭企业纷纷进行创新。为进一步引深精益化管理工作,切实发挥考核指挥棒作用,强化责任,细化工作,应根据自身的实际情况,制定符合实际的精益化管理措施。
With the development of China's coal industry entering a mature stage,production capacity reaching its peak and the market relatively stable,coal enterprises have been innovating.In order to further draw deeper lean management,effectively play the role of assessment baton,strengthen responsibilities and refine work,they should develop lean management measures in line with their actual situation.
