国有煤炭企业精益化管理的创新应用研究

Innovative Application Research of Lean Management in State-owned Coal Enterprises

基于国有煤炭企业实施精益化管理的重要性,分析了精益化管理在国有煤炭企业管理中存在的问题,提出了精益化管理在国有煤炭企业管理中运用的优化措施。分析认为,企业应该结合自身的实际情况,不断地进行管理的改革创新,实施精益化管理,促使企业对于精益化管理的建设。

Based on the importance of implementing lean management in state-owned coal enterprises,the problems of lean management in the management of state-owned coal enterprises are analyzed,and optimization measures for the application of lean management in the management of state-owned coal enterprises are proposed.The analysis concludes that enterprises should combine their actual situation,constantly carry out management reform and innovation,implement lean management,and promote the construction of enterprises for lean management.
