基于DEA模型的包装上市企业技术创新效率研究

Research on Technological Innovation Efficiency of Packaging Listed Companies--Based on DEA Model Analysis of 30 Listed Companies

基于数据包络分析(DEA)方法,针对2017—2019年中国包装上市企业的技术创新效率,建立规模收益可变VRS模型进行评价。通过实证分析发现,2017—2019年,我国包装上市企业技术创新效率水平不均衡,科技活动的规模效率维持在中等水平,且规模收益呈递增状态。纯技术效率低是我国包装企业技术创新方面所存在的共性问题。因此,提高资源配置效率对提高技术创新效率至关重要。包装上市企业可以优化投入产出要素的比例、设立自主技术创新开发机构、培养研发创新能力。

Based on the data Envelopment analysis(DEA)method,a variable returns to scale VRS model was established to evaluate the technological innovation efficiency of Listed packaging companies in China from 2017 to 2019.The empirical analysis shows that the technological innovation efficiency of listed packaging enterprises in China is unbalanced from 2017 to 2019,and the scale efficiency of scientific and technological activities remains at a medium level,and the return to scale is increasing.Low pure technical efficiency is a common problem existing in technological innovation of packaging enterprises in China.Therefore,improving the efficiency of resource allocation is very important to improve the efficiency of technological innovation.Listed packaging enterprises can optimize the proportion of input-output factors,set up independent technology innovation and development institutions,and cultivate r&d innovation ability.
