基于DPWM的动车辅助变流器仿真研究

摘要 在一个载波周期内,传统SVPWM技术由于开关动作多,导致功率半导体发热严重,对于动车辅助变流器运行不利。介绍了一种不连续空间矢量调制策略(DPWM),兼顾SVPWM优点的同时,降低器件开关损耗,并在MATLAB/Simulink中对某型号动车辅助变流器进行仿真分析,结果表明DPWM控制更有优势。 In a single carrier period,due to the high frequency switching,the conventional SVPWM technique might lead to overheated semiconductors,which is harmful for converters operation.This paper introduce the DPWM modulation,it has the advantage of SVPWM,and would decrease switching losses.Making simulation analysis based on an auxiliary converter of EMU in the Matlab/Simulink.The result shows that DPWM method performs well.
