摘要
为了降低除渣系统故障发生次数,通过对链条输送机进行设备优化,加装内导轮和托链器,解决了刮板与铸石衬板间距过小和驱动链轮与加强板筋间隙大的问题。实际应用表明:优化方案切实可行、效果显著。
In order to reduce the number of slag removal system failures,the problems of small spacing between scraper and cast stone liner and large gap between drive sprocket and reinforcement plate tendons were solved by optimizing the chain conveyor with the addition of inner guide wheel and chain carrier.The practical application shows that the optimization plan is practical and feasible,and the effect is remarkable.
