摘要
在对火力发电厂的高压变频器进行多角度维护时,针对高压变频器所处的散热环境,从零部件的稳定性及系统之间的辅助功能入手,对火力发电厂高压变频器易出现的事故原因进行逐步分析。对高压变频器可能存在的弊端,提出了相应的解决方法,可降低高压变频器的维修率、提升高压变频器的使用年限、提高高压变频器的使用性能,确保该设备在使用过程中具有良好的稳定性、可靠性,也可为以后的维修技术人员带来了相应的技术指导及参考。
In the multi-angle maintenance of the high-voltage inverter of thermal power plants,the causes of accidents prone to the high-voltage inverter of thermal power plants are analyzed step by step from the stability of the components and the auxiliary functions between the systems,in view of the thermal environment in which the high-voltage inverter is located.The possible drawbacks of the high-voltage inverter,the corresponding solutions are proposed,which can reduce the maintenance rate of the high-voltage inverter,enhance the service life of the high-voltage inverter,improve the performance of the high-voltage inverter,ensure the good stability and reliability of this equipment in the process of use,and also bring the corresponding technical guidance and reference for the maintenance technicians in the future.
