As China enters a new era,the industrial structure is continuously optimised and adjusted,and the state attaches importance to the investment and construction of social infrastructure,the demand for steel is increasing.However,iron and steel enterprises are also facing a series of problems,and serious losses have emerged,which affect the sustainable development of enterprises.Baoshan Iron and Steel,a very representative and strong enterprise in the steel industry,is also facing economic problems and crises as it continues to innovate and develop in the wave of reform and seek new ways out.Combined with the Harvard analysis framework,the economic analysis of Baoshan Iron and Steel enterprise and the corresponding measures to cope with the risks have certain reference and significance for the sustainable development of similar iron and steel enterprises.
