摘要
海南是我国热带茶区之一,茶史独特。学界对海南茶叶的来源与人工种植时间存有争议。本文系统梳理了历史时期海南茶的分布、种植以及对茶的认识与开发利用等史料,认为海南的茶叶发展远远落后于国内其他地区。直到新中国成立初期,海南仍保留着采集野生茶叶来制茶的古老加工模式,至20世纪60年代才出现人工种植茶树。
Hainan is one of the high-quality tropical tea regions in China,with a unique history of tea.There are disputes about the origin of its tea and the time of its artificial cultivation in the academic circles.This paper systematically reviews the historical facts of tea distribution,planting,understanding of tea as well as development and utilization in Hainan during the historical period.It is believed that the development of tea in Hainan is far behind other regions.In the early days of the People’s Republic of China,the ancient tea processing mode of collecting wild tea was still retained,and cultivated tea planting did not appear until the 1960s.
