补骨脂炮制的历史沿革考证

Textual Research on the History of Psoraleae Fructus Processing

通过查阅古代本草、医学典籍和相关文献,对补骨脂的历史炮制方法进行归纳整理和分析,并对历版《中国药典》和全国各地炮制规范中记载的补骨脂炮制方法进行梳理,全面总结了补骨脂的炮制历史,理清了补骨脂炮制发展脉络。考证发现,从古至今补骨脂的炮制方法较多,炮制方法有净制、切制、炒制、焙制、酒制、盐制、蜜制、醋制、酒麸制、药汁制、童便制、乳制等多种方法。自1963年版药典开始,共有9版收载了补骨脂的炮制品,全国有23个省市记载了补骨脂的炮制方法。研究理清了补骨脂的炮制历史沿革,可为现代补骨脂的炮制研究和应用提供参考。

The historical preparation methods of Psoraleae Fructus were sorted and analyzed by consulting the herbal medicines,medical classics and related literature. It also combed the records of Psoraleae Fructus processing methods in previous editions of the Pharmacopoeia and the regulations on processing technology of Psoraleae Fructus decoction pieces in the national and local processing standards. This article summarizes the processing history of Psoraleae Fructus and clarifies the development process of Psoraleae Fructus. After research, from ancient times to today, there are many ways to make Psoraleae Fructus. The processing methods include cleansing, cutting, frying, processing with wine, salt, honey, vinegar, wine bran, medicinal juice, kids’ manure, milk and so on.Since the 1963 edition of the pharmacopoeia, there are 9 editions of the published pharmacopoeia that document the processing of Psoraleae Fructus, and 23 provinces and cities nationwide have recorded the processing of Psoraleae Fructus. The results clarify the history of the processing of Psoraleae Fructus, and provide a reference for the research and application of the processing methods of Psoraleae Fructus.
