胡顺金主任医师认为慢性肾脏病(CKD) 3~5期病机特点为本虚标实,本虚见于脾肾二脏,随着本病发展,脾肾虚损日甚,湿浊、瘀血等标实内生,虚实交杂,共同致病。治疗上主张根据证候,标本兼治,分清缓急,各有侧重,将证型分为脾虚湿盛夹瘀证、肝郁脾虚夹瘀证、阴虚内热夹瘀证和湿热蕴结夹瘀证,临床工作中获得满意疗效,并列举相关医案,以作考鉴。
