参芪和血汤始于李东垣的当归补血汤,国家级名中医姚克敏教授化裁为姚氏新加当归补血汤,并在陈涛教授的指导下化裁创新,成为治疗骨科疾病的专方专药,用于治疗术后气血亏虚证。文章在前辈经验的基础上,从理论上阐释本方的功效主治,临床实践证明本方疗效显著,用药经验可在骨科领域中推广应用。

Shenqihexue Decoction originated from LI Dongyuan’s Dangguibuxue Decoction, and was transformed into Yao’s Xinjia Dangguibuxue Decoction by Professor YAO Kemin, a national famous Chinese medicine practitioner. Under the guidance of Professor CHEN Tao, it has become a special prescription and special medicine for the treatment of orthopedic diseases postoperative syndrome of qi-blood deficiency. Based on the experience of the predecessors, the article theoretically explained the efficacy and main treatment of this prescription. It has been proved by clinical practice that the efficacy of this prescription is significant, and the experience can be popularized and applied in the field of orthopedics.
