发动机飞轮螺栓预紧力衰减原因分析和改进

摘要 针对某发动机飞轮螺栓出现的断裂故障,分析螺栓材料、装配工艺、结构设计等因素,发现初始装配预紧力存在衰减。从螺栓装配工艺及连接件结构设计等方面进行改进和优化,问题得到解决。 In response to the fracture failure of the flywheel bolt of an engine,the factors such as bolt material,assembly process and structural design were analyzed,and it was found that the initial assembly preload was attenuated. The bolt assembly process and the structural design of the connector were improved and optimized,and the problem was solved.
