摘要
阐述了基于VR技术的高压线并线机器人的技术方案,包括机器人硬件及智能控制系统。首先介绍了高压带电作业机器人的发展趋势,然后介绍了智能控制系统中上位机软件的功能,结合实际操作参数及使用过程对基于VR技术的引流线剥线控制、主导线剥线控制等亮点功能进行详细阐述,最后介绍了智能控制系统的手动控制功能。研制的高压线并线机器人功能全面、机械结构安全可靠、软件界面合理、操作方便,VR技术的应用使操作人员完全摆脱高压、强辐射、高空的恶劣作业环境,使机器人控制系统更加智能,其控制精度得到了很大的提高,同时在人员培训方面具有巨大优势。
The technical scheme of the high-voltage line parallel robot based on VR technology is expounded,including robot hardware and intelligent control system.Firstly,the development trend of high voltage live working robot is introduced,and then the function of upper computer software in intelligent control system is introduced.Combined with the actual operating parameters and the use process,the highlight functions such as the stripping control of the drain wire and the main wire stripping control based on VR technology are described in detail.Finally,the manual control function of the intelligent control system is introduced.The developed high-voltage line merging robot has the advantages of comprehensive functions,safe and reliable mechanical structure,reasonable software interface,convenient operation,etc.The application of VR technology enables operators to completely get rid of the harsh working environment of high pressure,strong radiation and high altitude,makes the robot control system more intelligent,and its control accuracy has been greatly improved.At the same time,the high-voltage line merging robot has great advantages in personnel training.
