摘要
混合储能系统可以利用不同储能类型互补特性,以较低成本有效平抑风电功率波动,为此提出了一种针对混合储能系统容量配置和控制策略的联合优化方法。首先,基于小波包分解将不平衡功率按频段分配给不同类型储能设备。然后,建立考虑充放电深度对储能寿命影响的成本年值模型,以最小化成本为目标确定最优分频点,进而确定储能配置。最后,采用双层模糊控制策略,通过交叉补偿在防止荷电越限前提下有效平抑风电波动。通过对某风场全年运行数据进行仿真,验证了所述方法的有效性。
Hybrid energy storage system can take advantage of the complementary characteristics of different types of energy storage to effectively smooth wind power fluctuations at a lower cost.A joint optimization method for the capacity configuration and control strategy of hybrid energy storage system is proposed in this paper.Firstly,the unbalanced power is distributed to different types of energy storage devices according to frequency band based on wavelet packet decomposition.Then,an annual cost model considering the impact of charging/discharging depth on the lifetime of energy storage is established to determine the optimal frequency dividing point with the objective of minimizing the cost.The configuration of energy storage is determined.Finally,a two-layer fuzzy control strategy is adopted to effectively smooth wind power fluctuations through cross-compensation under the premise of preventing SOC from exceeding the limit.The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by simulating the annual operation data of a wind farm.
