摘要 工业生产中常出现双作用气缸撑杆支撑防护罩因突然断气断电而迅速掉落的情况,带来很大的安全隐患。为此,提出了一种基于突发断电断气情况的高位防护罩自锁装置。该装置能对电、气逻辑的电压、气压异常情况进行监测,从而在突发断电、断气的情况下控制气路使气缸撑杆封气自锁,控制电磁在无电时自锁,保障了工作人员的生命安全。试验结果表明该设计装置性能良好、功能完善,具有一定应用价值。 In industrial production,the protective cover of double-acting cylinder strut support often falls off because of sudden gas and power failure,which brings great hidden trouble for safety.To this end,a self-locking device for a high-level protective cover based on sudden power failure and gas interruption is proposed.The device can monitor the voltage and air pressure abnormalities of the electric and pneumatic logic,so as to control the air circuit to make the air cylinder strut seal and self-lock in case of sudden power and gas failure,and control the electromagnetic self-lock in case of no power,thus ensuring the life safety of the staff.The test results show that the device has good performance and perfect function,and has certain application value.
