摘要 为了解决现有配电网自动化系统中分布式前置跨区运维存在的获取多源分散数据不便、外接网线访问远动机房安全性弱、故障诊断过程缺乏规范化流程指导、被动处理突发故障、自动化程度不高等问题,设计并实现了支持跨安全接入区的前置运维系统。分析了现阶段配电网前置运维面临的主要问题和研究现状,设计了在现有配电网自动化系统基础上部署的支持跨区的前置运维系统总体架构和软件架构,并介绍了核心组件的具体软件实现方法。江苏、新疆等部分地市配电网自动化系统现场试点运行的应用效果表明,该系统减轻了日常巡检的人工操作工作量,提高了故障处理的便捷性,缩短了故障的诊断时间,给现场的前置跨区运维工作效率带来了极大提升。 The distributed front-end cross area operation and maintenance in the existing distribution network automation system has the problems of inconvenient access to multi-source scattered data,weak security of external network cable accessing the telecontrol machine room,lack of standardized process guidance in the fault diagnosis process,passive handling of sudden faults,and low degree of automation.To solve these problems,a front operation and maintenance system that supports cross-safety access areas is designed and implemented.The main problems and research status of the current distribution network front operation and maintenance are analyzed.The overall architecture and software architecture of the front operation and maintenance system supporting cross-region deployed on the basis of the existing distribution network automation system are designed,and the specific software implementation method of the core components is introduced.The system is in pilot operation on the site of distribution network automation system in some cities such as Jiangsu and Xinjiang.The application effect shows that the system reduces the manual operation workload of daily inspection,improves the convenience of fault handling,shortens the fault diagnosis time,and greatly improves the efficiency of on-site cross-regional operation and maintenance.
