构建以新能源为主体的新型电力系统是国家重大发展战略,也是实现“双碳”目标的重要途径。分析了新型电力系统的丰富内涵与显著特征,指出了构建新型电力系统存在的问题和面临的挑战,并从源、网、荷、储、数字化、市场机制等方面提出了构建新型电力系统的重点任务和发展路径。

The construction of a new power system with new energy as the main body is a major national development strategy and an important way to achieve carbon peaking and carbon neutrality.The rich connotation and salient features of the new power system are analyzed,and the existing problems and challenges in the construction of the new power system are pointed out.The key tasks and development paths of building a new type of power system are proposed from the aspects of source,network,load,storage,digitization,and market mechanism.
