摘要
利用二氧化钒的可逆金属-绝缘相变特性,在开口谐振环组成的超材料阵列中引入“杂质”单元。研究发现“杂质”单元的出现对超材料阵列间中各谐振单元之间的耦合作用具有很大的影响,造成超材料阵列中谐振模式发生转变。通过对“杂质”单元的动态控制实现了超材料阵列对太赫兹波的动态电磁调控。
In this work,using the reversible metal insulation phase transition property of vanadium dioxide,the"impurity"element is introduced into the metamaterial array composed of open resonance rings.It is found that the appearance of the"impurity"unit has a great influence on the coupling between the resonant units in the metamaterial array,resulting in the transformation of the resonance mode in the metamaterial array.
