基于Tricon平台的反应堆保护系统预防性维修策略优化

摘要 福清核电M310机组反应堆保护系统是基于Tricon平台实现的,当前该平台采取的常规预防性维修策略未与项目实现适应性匹配,缺乏针对性和老化管理,制约了电厂成本控制和维修效率提高。以功率运行和定期试验两类常见的机组状态作为分析范围,以部件层级设备作为分析对象,确认出基于Tricon平台的反应堆保护系统故障会导致严重后果的信号回路和设备部件,进而提出合理的预防性维修策略,以增强预防性维修的针对性,解放无效的人力和物力资源,增强关键设备的关注度,进一步提高维修质量和设备可靠性。 The reactor protection system of M310 unit in Fuqing Nuclear Power Plant is implemented based on Tricon platform.At present,the conventional preventive maintenance strategy adopted for the platform does not match the adaptability of the project,and lacks targeted and aging management,which restricts the cost control and maintenance efficiency improvement of the power plant.Taking the two common unit states of power operation and periodic test as the analysis scope and the component level equipment as the analysis object,the signal circuit and equipment components that will cause serious consequences after failure in the reactor protection system based on the Tricon platform are confirmed.Then,a reasonable preventive maintenance strategy is proposed to enhance the pertinence of preventive maintenance,liberate ineffective human and material resources,increase the attention of key equipment,and further improve maintenance quality and equipment reliability.
