新型综合促进剂EG-8在三元乙丙橡胶低气味环保胶料中的应用

摘要 研究由二硫代磷酸锌盐类和噻唑类促进剂复配而成的新型综合促进剂EG-8在三元乙丙橡胶低气味环保胶料中的应用。结果表明,与常用综合促进剂EG-3,EG-5和EM-33胶料相比,综合促进剂EG-8胶料的焦烧时间相当,在高温下硫化具有更好的抗硫化返原性能,硫化胶的硬度和拉伸强度略低,其他物理性能相差不大,但气味最小,符合各项环保法规要求。 The application of a new complex accelerator EG-8 which was composed of zinc dithiophosphate and thiazole accelerators in low odor environmentally-friendly ethylene propylene diene rubber compound was studied. The results showed that compared with the common complex accelerators EG-3,EG-5 and EM-33 compound,the scorch time of the complex accelerator EG-8 compound was equivalent,the anti-reversion property at high temperature vulcanization was better,the hardness and tensile strength of the vulcanizate were slightly lower,the other physical properties were similar,but the odor was the lowest which met the requirements of various environmental protection regulations.
