航天诱变黔草1号高羊茅形态多样性研究 被引量:2

摘要 试验以育种卫星搭载的黔草1号高羊茅子代为试验材料,采用形态学比较法对经航天搭载后的黔草1号高羊茅子代进行遗传多样性分析,探讨空间环境对供试材料遗传多样性的影响。结果表明,供试材料的8个形态指标均存在较大的变异,变异系数为4.22%~19.95%;物种遗传多样性指数为3.5172;各形态学性状变异程度有所不同(以遗传多样性指数衡量),变异程度从小到大依次为:冠根比、株高、叶长、茎叶比、叶宽、叶含水量、茎含水量、茎粗。对34份供试材料8个指标的聚类分析,将供试材料划分为3个类群,显示了诱变高羊茅不同的生长状况差异。 The descendant of Qiancao No.1 Festuca arundinacea which was loaded in the breeding satellite and got back from space were employed to be the experiment materials.Through comparative morphology,the genetic diversity and the mutagenic effects were analyzed.The results showed that the index of genetic diversity was 3.5172.The coefficient of variation was ranged from 4.22%to 19.95%and all the eight morphological indexes exists with great variation,but the degree of these were different,the ascending order was the crown and root ratio,the plant height,the leaf length,the stem and leaf ratio,the leaf width,the moisture content of leaf,the moisture content of stem and the diameter of stem.The growth of Festuca arundinacea variations were different and these could be divided three groups according to the results of cluster analysis.
