新发展阶段的共同富裕不仅是人民生活从“全面小康型”阶梯式发展为“全面富裕型”,更是社会从总体上由“全面小康社会”提档升级为“共同富裕社会”。“共同富裕社会”是社会体制机制更优化、高质量发展和高品质生活相统一、人的全生命周期公共服务优质共享、文明全面跃升和人的全面发展、中国特色社会主义迈向更高阶段的社会。全面建成小康社会为实现共同富裕提供更加充分和完备的条件,但发展不平衡不充分也是制约共同富裕的突出因素,这些特征共同勾勒出一幅新发展阶段扎实推动共同富裕的现实图景,这也意味着促进共同富裕有了方向和动力。新发展阶段扎实推动共同富裕,坚持党的集中统一领导,充分汇聚共同富裕的合力;以全面推进乡村振兴为重点,着力补齐共同富裕的短板;以高质量发展为基础,切实解决发展不平衡不充分的问题;以完善分配为抓手,妥善处理效率与公平的关系问题;以推进机会均等为基石,着力破解阶层固化的问题。

A "society of common prosperity" is one in which social systems and mechanisms are more optimized, high-quality development and high-quality life are unified, people enjoy high quality services throughout their life cycles, civilization is promoted in an all-round way and people are developed in an all-round way, and socialism with Chinese characteristics moves towards a higher stage. "all-round well-off society" has provided more sufficient and complete conditions for achieving "common prosperity society", unbalanced and inadequate development is a prominent factor that restricts common prosperity, these have outlined a realistic picture of common prosperity in new stage of development, which also means there is a direction and motivation for promoting common prosperity. To firmly promote common prosperity in the new development stage, we should uphold the centralized and unified leadership of the CPC, fully pool the joint forces of common prosperity, focus on comprehensively promoting rural revitalization, strive to make up for the shortcomings of common prosperity, take high-quality development as the basis, earnestly solve the problem of unbalanced and insufficient development,take improving distribution as the starting point, properly handle the relationship between efficiency and fairness, and take promoting equal opportunities as the cornerstone, focus on solving the problem of stratum solidification.
