浅析三维参数化在脱硝烟道设计中的应用

摘要 随着国家环保标准的日益严格,工业烟气脱硝的应用也在不断扩大,但在脱硝系统设计中会经常出现在机组规模、设计条件、脱硝设备基本一致的情况下,连接各设备之间的烟道由于现场条件、功能不同、技术要求等限制而需要不同走向、不同规格、不同支撑等方案的烟道。如何有效地利用已有的三维建模来实现烟道方案是提高设计效率和准确性的有效手段,而Inventor三维软件得益于其强大的参数化建模、逼真的三维可视化功能使其在设计方面得到了广泛和有效的应用。 With the increasingly strict national environmental protection standards, the application of industrial flue gas denitrification is also expanding. However, in the design of denitrification system, it often occurs that when the unit size, design conditions and denitrification equipment are basically the same, the flue connecting various equipment needs different directions, specifications, supports and other schemes due to different site conditions, functions, technical requirements and other restrictions. How to effectively use the existing3D modeling to realize the flue scheme is an effective means to improve the design efficiency and accuracy. Inventor 3D software has been widely and effectively used in design thanks to its powerful parametric modeling and realistic 3D visualization functions.
