我国医疗卫生机构传染病防治分类监督综合评价模式的SWOT分析

SWOT analysis of comprehensive evaluation mode for infectious diseases classification and supervision in medical and healthcare institutions in China

传染病防治分类监督综合评价模式是我国现阶段提升医疗卫生机构传染病防治监督管理水平的创新举措,该模式自2014年试点以来,在取得明显成效的同时也暴露出我国医疗卫生机构传染病防治监督管理中存在的问题。文章在总结综合评价模式实施现状的基础上,对该模式的发展进行战略管理的态势分析法(strengths weaknesses opportunities threats,SWOT)分析,探讨该模式发展所面临的内外部环境的优势、劣势、机遇及威胁,并根据SWOT分析矩阵提出发展策略和政策建议,为有效提升医疗卫生机构传染病防治监督管理水平提供参考依据。

The comprehensive evaluation mode of the classified supervision and control of infectious diseases was an innovative measure to improve the level of supervision and management of infectious disease prevention and control in medical and health institutions at this stage in China. Since the pilot of this model in2014,it has not only achieved remarkable results but also exposed the problems in the supervision and management of infectious diseases in China’s medical and health institutions. On the basis of summarizing the current situation of the implementation status of the comprehensive evaluation model,this paper analyzed the current situation and progression of the mode by using the SWOT(strengths weaknesses opportunities threats)method for strategic management. This study also discussed the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of the internal and external environment faced during the development of the model. It also proposes development strategies and policy recommendations according to the SWOT analysis matrix to provide a reference for effectively improving the level of the supervision and management of infectious disease prevention and control.
